FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

FAQ schema included for search. Updated when ship status changes.

Do customers need an account?+

No. Portal tokens are designed for passwordless decisioning on a single job estimate.

Is this the same as text-to-pay?+

Approval and payment are related but distinct. Line approval is live; text-to-pay and portal pay are path / expanding — Stripe Checkout Stub without keys, live when configured. We do not market pay as fully live US packaging today.
