Workshop Wrench processes shop operational data for multi-tenant SaaS. Production deployments use encryption in transit, secret-managed credentials, and tenant-scoped access. Full DPA and subprocessor list will ship with GA.
What this marketing site may process
- Demo / contact form: name, work email, shop name, role, seat band, multi-location flag, and optional free-text needs. Used to issue a signed live-demo access desk, email credentials and playbooks, notify the sales inbox (and admin@atelierhoney.com.au when that address is configured as DEMO_LEAD_NOTIFY_EMAIL), and send at most one follow-up. Access links expire (default 14 days). Do not submit passwords or real customer PII.
- Optional analytics: when
NEXT_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_PROVIDERis set (GA4, Plausible, or a first-party custom endpoint), page views and CTA events may be recorded after you accept the analytics banner. Decline keeps the site usable without that script. We scrub passwords, tokens, secrets, and email fields from event props. - Essential operation: hosting, CDN, and security logs as needed to run the site — not sold as advertising profiles.
Product application data
The shop app (repair orders, customers, invoices) is separate from this marketing site. Tenant isolation is mandatory: business queries filter by tenant. The public live demo is a shared seeded garage with fictional data — do not put real customer PII into it. A trial tenant is the path for your own shop records.
