About
Workshop Wrench — shop OS, not a ticket printer
We build multi-tenant workshop software that takes a vehicle from first contact through paid invoice while turning operational events into owner intelligence. Early access. Live demo. No invented logos or shop counts.
Product thesis
Feature parity with category leaders is necessary and insufficient. The opportunity is a better underlying workflow: domain-enforced repair-order stages, line-level authorisation, parts readiness, GST-aware invoices, and KPIs with formulas you can read.
How we market
Status labels (Live / Partial / Roadmap / Stub / Dry-run) match the product. Competitors can claim outcome percentages; we name profit levers until design partners allow named case studies. The multi-tenant demo is the proof.
Who it is for
Independent light-duty workshops first — AU/NZ tax and accounting direction, with global shop vocabulary (shop / workshop / garage). Explicit non-goals: day-one HD-only, dealer DMS, and fake AI receptionists.
Vehicle lifecycle

The Automotive Workshop Operating System (AWOS) maps every customer moment from first contact to retention — so software follows how workshops actually earn margin.
