  • Request-a-demo form issues a signed access desk (HMAC token, 14-day expiry) and emails credentials + playbooks
  • Internal notify email to sales/ops inbox; optional webhook; honeypot + IP/email rate limits
  • Product screenshots and playbook scripts stay public; staff passwords no longer printed on the homepage
  • Capability catalogue updated: multi-location HQ, parts request queue, memberships, fleet/warranty Partial, CX inbound Live+
  • Follow-up script: node apps/marketing/scripts/send-demo-followups.mjs (T+24h file-store)
